As Cooke Mini Rugby Club continues to grow in numbers, the Convenor and Coaching Team would love some extra support to deliver the highest-quality experience.
Therefore, we are launching Cooke Mini-Makers, forming a group of volunteers to help with non-coaching tasks.
As a guide these will include:
- Being a friendly face to new members on early season training session mornings
- Running the early season kit / boot exchange
- Helping to deliver social / fundraising events – these will be held on Saturday mornings this season
- Car park marshalling on busy match days / festivals
- Greeting visiting teams – helping them find the correct pitch, toilets, tea/coffee etc
- Preparing and distributing goody bags on match days
With over 100 families (and growing) registered at Cooke Mini Rugby Club, many hands will make light work! We encourage you to support as much or as little as you can – every bit will make a difference.
The Cooke Mini-Makers will be coordinated by both Norman McKenzie (Convenor) and Chris Scott (P6 Coach) with weekly requests and briefings provided
