Cooke Mini Rugby is the best!!!
The new season is officially underway, and our Cooke Mini Rugby players were back on the pitch this morning for the very first training session of the year. It was brilliant to see so many familiar faces returning, as well as some new ones coming along to give rugby a go.
There were smiles all round (even through the mud!), plenty of running, tackling, passing and teamwork — everything that makes mini rugby so much fun.
At Cooke Minis, we believe rugby is for everyone. That’s why we offer two free weeks for all new players so they can come along, try it out, and see why so many children love being part of our rugby family. Whether you’ve played before or never picked up a ball, you’ll be made very welcome.

It was so great to see so many returning faces for P3 this year, as well as a new starter… Austin! (pictured on left) He was straight in there no bother, throwing, catching and showing some great pace.
A great session from everyone, many of whom must have been practicing over the summer, and many thanks to new coach Kyle too, see you all next week!
