Injuries (hope you are on the mend healing up well Lisa), Airport delays (Andy eventually got out of Heathrow) and jolly trips down to Dublin for the Rugby (i.e. no valid excuse from David) meant we were left short on Coaches this week.
A huge thanks to Jacqui, Andrew and Paul for stepping in to take the home training session so adeptly, and for Sara for being ready to stand-in on sidelines. Kids loved it. 
Brilliant to see a new face down today and what an impact he made.

P4 Team Mate of the week is Joseph!
Joseph has backed up his recent string of brilliant match performances in training this week. He has really become a Gladiator in his defensive play but most improved is his attentiveness and his willingness to learn and improve during training.
