Cooke mini rugby is the best!!!
To kick off the 25/26 season the Cooke Mini P6 and P7 teams were welcomed to Wellfit Gym for 2 Saturday morning pre season sessions.
Coaches Susan and Rachel had put together workouts that were fast and furious, focusing on building a rock solid base and explosive power in a safe and controlled environment, all while making it lots of FUN!
